The main part of the workout lasts 45 minutes and will change every time depending on your goals and the number of sessions you have per week. You could find yourself training arms or legs with weights one day, running on the beach the next, swinging from the Olympic rings or challenging your own best effort in a circuit. No training session will ever be the same to ensure your body does not become comfortable with the exercises to achieve maximum results your body needs to be shocked in each and every session, you will work hard, you will sweat but most importantly you will have fun in each and every session.
